You can find Asian Crowd Tech in Flat 101 at the Hitech Santoshi Residency. We’re tucked away in Ghandhamguda, which is part of the R Naga area in Hyderabad. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. We’ve got a small team here, and we like the fact that it feels a bit like home. There’s a kitchen where we make our own coffee, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We aren’t trying to be the biggest tech company in the city. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do them well. Most of our work is on the computer, so it can get a bit quiet in here when everyone is focused. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with a logo. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks. Ghandhamguda is a nice, growing area, and being here suits us just fine. We’ve had to deal with the usual problems like power cuts or slow internet, but we just work around it. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just needed a place to work and this residency worked out for us. We’re just regular people trying to build something useful. It’s not always perfect, and some days are busier than others, but we keep at it. It’s a straightforward way to run a small private limited company.
