Ashwalakshmi Developers Private Limited is a small operation located at Plot No 39 in Jai Nagar Colony. We are tucked away near Bhoiguda in Secunderabad. It’s a quiet enough spot, which is nice because the rest of the city gets so loud. We focus on developing land and small housing projects around here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's mostly just a couple of us sitting around a desk at 6-3-186/2, figuring out the next steps for our projects. We’ve been working in Secunderabad for some time now, so we know the local streets and how things work with the local authorities. It’s not always easy, and sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just part of the deal. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. No corporate speeches, just honest talk about what we can build. We spend a lot of time walking through dusty plots of land, trying to imagine where the walls will go. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls to suppliers. We like the feeling of finishing a project and seeing people move in. Jai Nagar Colony is our home base, and we plan on staying here and keeping things simple. We don't need much more than a good plan and some reliable hands to get the work finished. It's just us doing what we know best.
