Even though Jubilee Hills is known for being a bit more upscale, our office is still just a place where work happens. We have desks, computers, and a lot of half-empty water bottles lying around. We spend our days looking at skyline ventures and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with different investments. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and talking on the phone. We don't really have a polished corporate image because that’s not who we are. We are just people who like to see projects grow and succeed. The traffic on Road 49 can be pretty bad in the evenings, so we often end up staying late just to avoid the rush. It’s not a bad place to be, though. We have some decent views and the coffee nearby is okay. Most of the time, we are just focused on the numbers and the site reports that come in every morning. We don’t go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just do the work we have in front of us and try to make sure everything is handled properly. It’s just a standard business day for us.
