Dr. Vijaykumar Ratnavelu

Our clinic is on the second floor of Aishwarya Towers, right across the street from the NTR Stadium. It’s suite 201. Being near the stadium means it can get quite crowded on game days, which is something we always have to plan for. The office itself is pretty modest. We have a reception desk where the files are kept and a small area for patients to sit while they wait. Dr. Vijaykumar sees people throughout the day for various medical concerns. It’s a local practice, so we see a lot of the same people coming back for their checkups. The atmosphere is generally calm and quiet. We have a few framed certificates on the wall and a clock that ticks a bit too loudly when the room is empty. The staff handles the scheduling and the paperwork, which seems to never end. We use a simple system for keeping track of everything. It’s not one of those huge, impersonal hospitals. It’s just a doctor’s office in a regular commercial building. We try to stay organized, but on busy days, the folders can pile up on the desk. We’ve been here for years and the building has become very familiar to us. We know which windows catch the afternoon sun. It’s a reliable place for the people in the community to visit. We just go about our daily routine of helping patients and managing the clinic.
