Our workspace is actually Shutter No 2 on the ground floor of H NO 2-12-429 in Vidyaranyapuri. It’s a simple setup, exactly what you’d expect from a small local operation. Having a shutter instead of a big glass door means we are right there on the street level. People walk by, kids head to school, and we are just inside doing our work. It can get a bit dusty sometimes, but that is just part of being in this area. We focus on our daily tasks without much fuss. There are no long-winded meetings or corporate retreats here. We just sit down, open up our laptops, and start working. Sometimes we keep the shutter halfway down if the sun is hitting too hard in the afternoon. It’s a tight-knit group of us. We know about each other's families and what everyone did over the weekend. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just technical work that needs a lot of focus. If we have a problem, we grab a tea and talk it over until it’s sorted. Vidyaranyapuri is a decent place to be, and being on the ground floor keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We are just trying to do our part and keep things moving along steadily every day. It's a modest way to run a business but it works.
