Our mill is located out at Survey No.-842/1 & 2 in Patancheru, which is in the Medak District. It’s quite a way out from the main city, so it’s a lot of open space and dust. Asati Raj Kumar Roller Flour Mills has been around this area for a while. It’s a heavy operation, so the noise is constant when the machines are going. We don't have a plush office or anything like that. It’s mostly concrete floors and high ceilings. We spend a lot of time checking the machinery and making sure everything is moving like it should. The weather out here in Patancheru gets really hot in the summer, which makes the work even tougher, but we’re used to it. We don’t really have a big public relations team. Usually, if someone needs us, they just drive out or give us a call on the landline. We have a crew that’s been with us through thick and thin. Sometimes we have issues with the transport trucks getting stuck or being late, but we figure it out eventually. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours. We don’t try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s just milling flour and keeping the business running day by day. It’s a bit gritty and tiring, but it’s what we know how to do best. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
