As Hr Executive

Running things at As Hr Executive keeps us pretty busy. We are based in Visakhapatnam, right near the elementary school in Jyothinagar, Marripalem. Our door number is 38 19 11 7, which sounds like a lot to remember, but locals find us easily enough. The school nearby means there’s always noise from kids playing in the morning and afternoon. It’s a lively part of the neighborhood. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails from people looking for work. HR stuff can be dry, but we try to keep it down to earth. There’s a lot of sorting through papers and helping folks get their details in order. I’ve lived in Vizag for a long time and decided to set this up to help bridge the gap for local hiring. The office is small. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait to talk to us. It’s not flashy. We don't use those big fancy software systems that the huge companies use. It’s mostly just us and our folders. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That’s just life here. We know most of the people who come in by their first names after a visit or two. It’s a community thing more than anything else. We just want to get people placed where they fit and help the local businesses find staff without making everything too complicated or expensive.
