Aruntej Infrastructure Private Limited is situated over in Adarsh Nagar. We’re up on the fourth floor of Kalpana Towers, specifically in Flat No 402 at 5-10-188/2/402. Khairatabad is where we’ve set up our main base of operations. The 500004 area is quite central in Hyderabad, which helps us get around to different sites pretty quickly. The office in Kalpana Towers is where the core of our planning happens. It’s a regular apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s not a fancy skyscraper office, just a practical room with some desks and computers. We spend a lot of time here on the phones and looking at project layouts. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. Working in infrastructure means there’s always a problem to solve or a schedule to fix. We don’t use any marketing speak or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local team doing our part in the building industry. People know where to find us if they need to discuss a project. We keep things simple and honest. Being in Adarsh Nagar makes us feel like part of the community. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure the work gets done properly. It's a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way. We stay here because it works for us.
