We run Aruni Developers Llp out of Villa No 143 in Aparna Palm Meadows. It’s a quiet residential area near Gundlapochampally and Kompally. Working from a villa gives the business a different feel than being in a high-rise downtown. It’s a lot calmer out here, away from the worst of the Hyderabad traffic. We deal with various development projects around this side of the city. Most of our work involves planning and managing the construction process from start to finish. It’s not always easy. There are plenty of days where things don't go according to plan. We might be waiting on a delivery or trying to sort out a specific permit issue. We’re a small group, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I’m checking a site, and the next I’m sitting at the desk for eight hours straight. We chose this location because it’s close to where a lot of the new growth is happening in the north part of the city. We’ve seen Kompally turn from a quiet outskirts area into a bustling hub. It’s interesting to be a part of that change. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, if the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We prefer keeping things simple and direct. It’s just how we like to operate Aruni Developers Llp. We aren't doing anything fancy, just getting through the workload and dealing with whatever the city throws at us.
