We are set up in Sri Vivekananda Nagar, specifically at Plot No 297/Part. If you know the Hyderabad area, you know how busy it can get around here. Our office is just a regular place where we spend most of our daylight hours. There are about ten of us usually hanging around, typing away and trying to make things work. It isn't a huge corporate building with glass walls, just a practical space that serves its purpose. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always on. Most mornings start with a bit of a commute through the local streets, which can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We spend our time working on software tasks, though we don't really talk about it in fancy terms. It is just work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and other times we head out early if the work is done. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It's just us. We know each other's coffee orders and who likes to keep the AC too cold. It’s a simple way to run a business and it seems to work for us in this part of Hyderabad, keeping things low-key and steady throughout the year.
