Arkaa Industries is located at Plot 263 in Srinivas Nagar Colony, which is over by Kapra near the ECIL Post. It’s an area with a lot of history and a lot of working-class energy. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have the space we need to manage our industrial projects and not much else. Most of the staff has been with us for a good bit of time, so we all know how each other works. There’s no need for big speeches or formal meetings every morning. We just grab our bags and get to it. The neighborhood around Kapra is busy, and we feel right at home in the middle of it. We deal with a lot of different vendors and workers every day. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things go perfectly and sometimes we have to fix a mistake, just like any other business. We don't try to hide that. We just show up every morning and put in the hours. The building we are in is older, but it’s sturdy and it suits what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one for the people who need our services. It's about doing the job right and going home at the end of the day knowing we worked hard. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend our breaks, just talking about anything but work for a few minutes. It keeps us sane.
