Arcus Infotech is currently running out of Hyderabad, specifically care of A. Satish Kumar. We’ve been set up in India for a while now, focusing on the tech side of things. It’s not always the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s important to the people we help. Our setup is pretty basic. We don’t have those fancy break rooms or ping-pong tables you see at big tech firms. We mostly just have our computers and a few desks where we get things done. Hyderabad is a big hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the rest of the tech community here. Most of our time is spent looking at code or fixing systems that aren't behaving. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, but we eventually get there. We don't try to pretend we are bigger than we are. It’s just a small group of us working together. We chose to stay in Hyderabad because the talent here is good and the environment keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big corporate manual. We just handle things as they come and try to be honest with our clients. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. Being under the care of A. Satish Kumar helps keep everything grounded and organized for us.
