Arch9 Infra Developers Private Limited is located over in Madhapur. Specifically, we are on the 1st floor at Plot Number 12, Street Number 1, 2nd Avenue in Patrikanagar. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of offices around us. Our address is a bit of a mouthful: 90/7/B/83/12/Sp/B/I/Nr. People usually get lost the first time they try to find it. We spend our days working on various development projects. Madhapur is always growing and changing, so there is plenty of activity outside our window. We are just a regular group of people trying to get things built properly. The office is not anything special, just some desks and some project maps pinned on the walls. We have to deal with the usual traffic in Patrikanagar every single morning. It can be a bit much, but you get used to the noise. Most of our time is spent on planning and managing the construction sites we have going on. We do not do much fancy talk here. We just look at the site plans and make sure the materials are actually coming in on the trucks. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to spend the whole day fixing schedules on our boards. It is a lot of back-and-forth with different people. Being on the 1st floor is nice because we can see what is happening on the street. We have been at this spot for a while now. It is a decent place to work from.
