Aratistech Applications Private Limited

You can find us over at Plot No 17 in Gajularamaram. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but we like being out here. Aratistech Applications Private Limited is the name on the door. We work on various applications and software bits. The building is pretty basic, nothing special to look at. We’ve got a few rooms where the developers sit and do their thing. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but mostly it’s just the sound of typing. Gajularamaram has changed a lot lately, with more buildings going up everywhere. We’re right there in the middle of it. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group, so everyone knows everyone else’s name. It makes the workday go by a bit faster. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually just order in or bring lunch from home. The focus is always on the code and making sure the apps actually work like they should. It’s not always perfect, and we have our fair share of bugs to fix, but that’s the nature of the job. We just keep plugging away at it. It’s a decent place to work. We try to keep the atmosphere light. We aren't into those stiff corporate meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. It's just how we get things done here every day and it works for us.
