Our office is located over in Edi Bazar, specifically in the Ramachandra Nagar area of Hyderabad. AQ And Ambuilders And Developers Private Limited started because there was always work to be done around this part of the city. It’s a bit of a maze back here in the 17-1-30/3/B/8/1 area, but we like it because we are close to the neighborhoods where we actually do most of our building. Being builders and developers means we spend half our time looking at maps and the other half dealing with bricks and sand. We aren't doing anything flashy or high-end. Most of the time, it's just us figuring out how to fit a new structure into a tight space or managing the laborers on a small housing site. It gets incredibly hot out there during the summer, so the office is where we retreat to do the paperwork and keep the records straight. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a reliable one that gets the job finished. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or there's a big delay with the supply trucks, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a local business, run by people who live right nearby. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Just some desks, some blueprints, and a lot of boots on the ground. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and most of our neighbors know who we are and what we’re building. It's simple work but it keeps us busy every single day from morning until night.
