App Systems ( India ) Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Ida Cherlapally. We are at 200/4 Phase I I, which is right in the middle of the industrial area. It gets pretty loud around here with all the other factories and units. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit now. The building is just a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's mostly computers and desks where the team sits. We spend most of our days looking at screens and trying to figure out system issues. It’s not always easy work, and some days are longer than others. The commute to Cherlapally can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, but we manage. We aren’t a huge operation, just a group of people who know how these systems work. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and that’s a real problem for us. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Being in Phase II means we have a lot of neighbors doing different kinds of manufacturing. It’s an active place. We keep our heads down and handle the software and hardware stuff that comes our way. There’s no big lobby or receptionist, just us working. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few cars parked out front and hear the hum of the air conditioning. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day without fail. It's just a job like any other, really.
