We've been here in Punjagutta for a while now. Our office is up on the first floor in Durganagar Colony, right near the main bustle but tucked away a bit. Most days it’s just us handling whatever tech problems come through the door. We deal with a lot of hardware issues, software glitches, and the usual stuff you’d expect from an IT place. People around here know us for just getting the work done without much fuss. It gets pretty busy sometimes, especially when the phones start ringing all at once, but we manage somehow. The space isn't fancy, just a workspace where we keep our tools and spare parts ready. We spend most of our time looking at screens or taking apart laptops to see what's wrong inside. Sometimes the repairs take a bit longer if we're waiting on a specific part to arrive, but we try to keep things moving. We've seen all sorts of computer troubles over the years. It's just a regular job for us, making sure things work again for the folks who drop by. If you’re looking for us, look for the stairs going up in Durganagar. We don't have a big reception or anything like that, just a desk and some chairs where we talk to customers about their machines. It's a small team here, so we all know what's going on with every project. We're usually here from morning until the evening, just keeping at it. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs.
