Apitco Ltd

In the King Koti area of Hyderabad, Apitco Ltd is based in Flat No 404 of the Kushal Apartments. You can usually find M Kotewara Rao around here, as he’s a big part of what happens at this location. King Koti is a famous part of the city, and being in Kushal Apartments puts us right in the middle of a lot of history. Our flat is on the fourth floor, so it’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being finicky, but we don’t really mind the walk. It’s a quiet enough space once you get inside. We use the apartment as our main office for this branch. It’s got a bit of a homey feel because, well, it is an apartment after all. We have our desks set up in the different rooms, and it works out pretty well for us. We’ve been at this 500 029 address for quite some time now. It’s a very central location, which makes it easy for people to reach us from different parts of Hyderabad. We don’t have any flashy signs outside the building, just a small plate near the door. We prefer to keep a low profile and just focus on the work we have to do. It’s a sensible way to run things. We know our neighbors in the building and try not to make too much noise. It’s just a regular office in a regular apartment building.
