Anvika Innovations is over in Secunderabad. We’re at 12-5-32/7 in the Vijayapuri neighborhood. It’s a nice, established area. The building we’re in has been there for a long time. It has a certain look to it that you don't see in the newer parts of the city. We do innovation work, so our office is often full of different bits and pieces. There are papers and drawings scattered on the desks. It’s not always the tidiest place, but it’s where we feel at home. We have a small group of people working here. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. We just handle things ourselves. The street outside is usually quite peaceful. We know the local shopkeepers. We often go out for tea at the corner stall. It’s a nice break from being inside. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a local business doing our thing. We’ve stayed in Vijayapuri because it’s a good location for us. It’s easy to get to and it’s not as chaotic as central Hyderabad. We just come in every day, work on our ideas, and try to make progress. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We don't have any big speeches to make. We just let the work speak for itself.
