If you are looking for us, we are located in Flat 104 at Kalayan Nagar. It’s right near JJ Hospitals, which is how most people find their way here to the office. Hyderabad-500038 is a busy area, and being at Plot No. 2 & 3 keeps us right in the thick of things. Anuraj Contrivers Private Limited is basically just a few of us who know a thing or two about building and planning. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything. The walls are mostly covered in project schedules and old maps of the city. We’ve been working out of this space for a while, and it has become like a second home. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but we don't mind the stairs too much. We deal with a lot of different people, from suppliers to workers, and every day is a bit different. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on progress at different sites. We try to be practical about what can actually be built and how much it is going to cost. It’s not always easy, and there are definitely days where things don't go as planned. That’s just how this business is, I guess. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels lived-in and real. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a new project or just drinking tea.
