Anuhar Mahaan Homes Llp is based out of the third floor of Sri Venkateswara Nilayam. We’re located in Jawahar Colony on Road No 18 in Jubilee Hills. It’s a nice enough spot, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re not used to them. We’ve been working in the housing sector for a while now, and this office is where all the planning happens. Jubilee Hills is a well-known area, but our corner in Jawahar Colony is a bit more tucked away. We aren't a flashy company with a lot of polish. We’re just a group of people who know how to build homes. We spend our time going over blueprints, talking to contractors, and making sure our projects are on track. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or marketing talk. We just tell it like it is. If you come to our office, you’ll see a lot of paperwork and probably some dust from the latest site visit. It’s a real office for real work. We’ve been in this business long enough to know that things don’t always go perfectly, but we just keep pushing forward. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders around, just the ones who do a decent job in our local neighborhood. We like being part of the community here and we plan to stay for a long time.
