It’s a busy spot with a lot of new construction happening all the time. Our office is just a basic space where we gather to plan out our work. Flashy marketing or anything like that isn't really our thing. Just focusing on the projects we have in front of us is what matters. Working in Kondapur means there is always a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team here is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. Morning usually starts with some tea and a quick chat about what needs to happen by evening. Ragavedhra Colony is a good place for us because it’s easy for people to find. A fancy lobby or a lot of staff in suits isn't something you'll find here. Regular clothes and sitting at our desks is the norm for us. Confusing addresses sometimes get delivery drivers lost, but we always manage to get our mail. One by one, we handle our tasks without making a big deal out of it. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. The goal is just to do the work and keep things moving forward in our corner of the city. That’s what keeps us going.
