At Anovatek Software Solutions, you’ll find us over at Door No.110-B in Vengal Rao Nagar. J.Praveen Kumar is the one who keeps things running around here in Hyderabad. We’re in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a workshop than a standard office. We spend most of our time writing code and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. We don't have a big team of executives making decisions. It's usually just a few of us sitting around a table and figuring things out as we go. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk. We just call things what they are. The office is often full of books and various gadgets we use for testing. It can look a bit cluttered if you aren't used to it. Vengal Rao Nagar is a nice spot to be, and we like the local feel of the neighborhood. We aren't trying to pretend we’re a giant multinational. We’re a small operation that cares about getting the technical details right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and other times we leave early to beat the Hyderabad traffic. It’s a flexible way of working that suits us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the software. We don't have a big mission statement, we just want to build things that actually work for people.
