If you look for us in Hyderabad, you’ll find us at 3-3-52 on Station Road in Kachiguda. We are right there near the station, which is always busy with people coming and going. The office is tucked away in a spot that G. Subhadra looks after. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the daily tasks of the trust. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet people who need help. The area is quite noisy because of the trains and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We usually start early in the morning when the tea stalls are just opening up. Most of what we do involves coordinating things for the local community and making sure the resources we have get to the right places. It isn't always easy, and some days are more chaotic than others when there are a lot of people waiting. We don't have a fancy reception or anything, just some old chairs for visitors. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that isn't really the priority. We focus on getting the work done and helping out where we can. It’s a small team here and we all pretty much do a bit of everything, from answering the door to writing down names in the ledger. It’s basic work, but it matters to the folks who live around the station.
