Ankura Pre School

We are located in Ram Nagar, in a house that we converted into a space for little kids. The address is 1-7-659/A/16/3, and it’s a fairly quiet part of the neighborhood compared to the main roads. When you walk in, you’ll see the small chairs and tables we set up for the morning lessons. It’s a very homey environment because it literally used to be a home. We kept the layout mostly the same, just added some safety gates and bright colors. The backyard has a little bit of sand and some toys where the children spend their play hour. It isn't a massive institution, just a small place where maybe forty or fifty kids come every day. Our staff spends a lot of time wiping sticky fingers and helping with shoes. We don't follow some fancy international curriculum; we just teach the basics like the alphabet, numbers, and how to share toys. Sometimes the neighbors hear the kids singing in the morning, which they don't seem to mind. It’s a straightforward neighborhood pre-school. We open the doors at eight-thirty and by noon, most of the kids are headed back home for lunch. It’s a good little spot for the families living around Ram Nagar who need a reliable place nearby for their toddlers to grow and play safely during the day.
