Our workspace is over in KPHB Colony, specifically in Flat 601 at Sri Satya Rama Nilayam. It’s on Road No 1, which is a fairly busy area in the Kukatpally and Balanagar side of Hyderabad. We’re tucked away on the sixth floor, so we get a decent view of the neighborhood. The office is located at Plot No MIG 66, which covers both the first and second phases of the colony. It’s a bit of a maze around here if you aren’t used to it, but once you find the building, it’s easy. We spend most of our hours working on project details and talking to contractors. There’s always someone coming or going with a set of plans. We don’t really go in for fancy decor or big corporate branding. It’s just a functional space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. KPHB is a huge residential and commercial hub, so there’s always something going on right outside our doors. We’ve been part of this community for a bit and have seen how much the infrastructure has changed lately. It’s a lot of work keeping up with everything in Telangana these days. We keep our operations simple and direct. Usually, it's just us at our desks or out at a site checking on progress. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We just take things one day at a time here.
