Our team is based on the first floor of the Western Pearl building over on High Tech City Road. If you know Kondapur, you have probably driven past us many times. It is a busy area with lots of IT companies around, but we try to keep our own pace. We work on software services, which mostly means we spend a lot of time staring at code and trying to make things work the way they should. The building is quite nice, though the traffic on the road outside can be a real headache in the evenings. We have a simple setup inside. No fancy game rooms or bean bags, just desks and good computers. We are a bunch of regular people who happen to be good at software. We do not really do the corporate jargon thing. We just talk normally to each other and our clients. Sometimes things get stressful when a deadline is close, but we usually manage to keep our heads. We like being in Kondapur because everything is nearby. We grab coffee from the stalls downstairs and sometimes go for a walk when we need a break. It is a decent place to work. We are not trying to change the world; we are just trying to provide a reliable service and earn a living. We have been here for a while and we have seen the area grow up around us. It is just how it is.
