It’s an older part of the city, which we actually like quite a bit. Being in the 500003 area means we get to see all sorts of people every day. We focus on skills and helping people figure out their careers. It’s not something that happens overnight, so we spend a lot of time just talking things through. Our office isn't the most modern place in Hyderabad, but it works for what we do. We have enough room for everyone to sit and the chairs are comfortable enough. Career stuff can be stressful for a lot of young people starting out, so we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed here. We don't do big marketing pushes or anything. Most people find us because someone they know told them to come by. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to help out where we can.
