We set up our office in the Aditya Imperial apartments over in Hafeezpet. Specifically, we are in F-Block, flat 101. It is a bit of a different vibe working from a residential complex, but it works for us. It feels a bit more relaxed than being in a massive office park. We are part of the Serilingampally area, which has grown so much lately. We spend our days here working on our various projects. There is usually a pot of tea going, and we just keep at it. It is not a place with a lot of hierarchy. If something needs to be done, someone just does it. We don't have big meetings that go on for hours. Most of our communication happens across the desks. Sometimes it is quiet, and sometimes everyone is talking at once. We like the convenience of this location. It is close enough to the main parts of the city but feels a bit tucked away. We handle our tasks as they come, and we try to be as practical as possible. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. We just say what we mean and do what we say we will. It is a small operation, and we like it that way because it means we can stay focused on the actual work. Living and working in the Rangareddy area has its own rhythm, and we have settled into it quite nicely over the years we have been here.
