Stanch Projects

Stanch Projects is run from an office on the 2nd Floor of H. No:7-1-636/2 in Model Colony, Erragadda. It’s a local neighborhood, and we are right there in the middle of it. Our office is a simple place, often cluttered with material samples like tiles and paint chips, along with stacks of project files. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks or talking on the phone with contractors. Most of our work involves managing various building and renovation projects around the area. It can be a bit chaotic at times, especially when multiple things are happening at once. We spend a lot of our day coordinating between suppliers and the people working on-site. We don't have a mission statement or any marketing slogans. We just try to get the jobs done on time and without too much trouble. Erragadda is a busy place, and being in Model Colony makes it easy for people to find us. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, but we just keep the windows open and the fans going. We are just a small team of people who know how construction works. We talk to our clients like regular people and don't try to sugarcoat things. It’s an honest, practical way to work, and it’s kept us busy for quite some time now.
