Analogics Tech India Limited is situated at Plot No. 9/10 on Road No. 6 in the Nacharam Industrial Estate. This is part of the Medchal district near Hyderabad, a place that is always busy with workers and transport vehicles. Our facility is where we put together various electronic systems and tech components. It’s a bit more clinical than a heavy machine shop, but it still has that busy industrial feel. We spend a lot of time hunched over workbenches with soldering irons and small parts that are easy to lose if you aren't careful. The Nacharam area has its own unique energy, and the commute here can be a bit of a struggle in the mornings with the traffic. Inside, the lights are bright so we can see what we are doing on the circuit boards. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. Mostly, there are just technical diagrams and safety notices pinned up for the staff to see. We eat our lunch together and talk about mundane things like the local cricket scores or the traffic on the way in. It's a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it. The Medchal Malkajgiri district has seen a lot of growth lately, and our road has become much busier than it used to be. We just keep our heads down and focus on the assembly lines to ensure everything is put together correctly.
