Getting to our office in the Emerald Building can be a bit tricky if you aren't used to the Panjagutta area. We’re up in Flat No 412. It’s not really a storefront or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. Anahcolus It Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a small group of us who know our way around computers. We ended up in Amrutha Hills because it was convenient at the time. The office has a decent view, but mostly we’re looking at screens. We do a lot of troubleshooting. People call us when things stop working or when they need a new system set up. We don't use big words to sound smart. If a computer is slow, we tell you why and try to fix it. Some days are quieter than others. On busy days, the phones don’t stop and the AC struggles to keep up with all the heat from the machines. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the delivery guys by name. It’s a pretty normal life. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the IT side of things doesn't fall apart for the people we help. There’s usually a stack of old keyboards in the corner and someone’s half-finished tea on a desk. It’s a bit messy, but it’s where we work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist, just us in Flat 412.
