Anagha Realtors and Property Developers is located over in Kondapur, right near Gachibowli. Our office is at Srinivasa Nilayam on Plot No. 18 and 19 in Janardhan Hills. It’s a busy area because of all the tech offices nearby, but our little corner is a bit quieter. We spend a lot of our time dealing with land and buildings. It’s not just about selling; it’s about figuring out what can actually be built on a piece of dirt. The office is usually full of maps and legal documents. We have a small team here, and someone is usually brewing tea or coffee. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we know about the properties and the local rules. Gachibowli has changed so much in the last ten years, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We’ve seen houses turn into apartments and empty lots turn into malls. We just try to find our place in all that growth. It involves a lot of walking around sites and talking to city officials. Sometimes things move slow, and sometimes they move too fast.
