Amrut Sai Food

Our workshop is at 86, Padma Nagar, in Phase II. We are not too far from Suchitra Circle, so the traffic can be a bit of a headache during the morning rush. Padma Nagar is a pretty quiet residential area for the most part, which makes it a decent place to work without too many distractions. We’ve been at this location for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The building is just a standard concrete structure with enough room for our equipment and a small area to sit down for lunch. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Mostly, it’s just the sound of the machines and us talking over the noise. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a little messy with supplies sitting around. My brother and I run the daily stuff, and we have a couple of helpers who come in from the nearby village. We don’t spend money on polished brochures or big websites; we’d rather just focus on making sure the food is handled right. The lighting inside isn't the best, so we keep the big front door open to let the sun in. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and we like it that way. We just keep working until the job is finished for the day.
