Amma Kinder Garten School

Amma Kinder Garten School is tucked away at 8-2-613/2/A on Road No 11 in Banjara Hills. It’s a quiet pocket of Hyderabad, though the main roads nearby are always jammed. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while, and it has a very homey feel to it. It’s not a massive corporate school with hundreds of kids. We keep things small and manageable. Most of our days are spent dealing with the energy of little children who are just learning how to sit still. The classrooms are filled with toys and drawings that the kids made themselves. We don't go for that super-polished look you see in brochures. Our walls have some scuffs, and the play area looks like it’s been well-used, because it has. The staff here are mostly local women who have a lot of patience. We deal with the usual stuff like spilled juice and missed naps. It’s honest work. Being in the 500034 area, we get parents who work nearby and appreciate having a place like this on their way to the office. We don’t have a big marketing pitch. We just open the doors every morning, welcome the kids, and try to get through the day with a bit of learning and a lot of play. It’s a simple setup, and that’s the way we like to keep it. People know us for being reliable and for being right here when they need us for their children's first steps.
