We are located at H No 6-8-278 in Ravindra Nagar. It is a pretty quiet area compared to some of the main commercial hubs, which suits us just fine. Ameya Softsol is basically just a group of people who know their way around software and technical tasks. The office is a regular house that we’ve converted into a working space. It feels a bit more comfortable that way, not so cold and clinical like some of those glass towers you see in the city center. We have our desks, some chairs, and plenty of power outlets. That’s really all we need to get through the day. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive art for the walls. We'd rather just focus on the projects we have on our plate. Some days are busier than others, and things can get a little messy when we are in the middle of a big task, but we always manage to sort it out. We take our breaks when we can and try not to take ourselves too seriously. There’s no big corporate structure here, just a direct way of doing things. If someone has an idea, they just say it out loud. We don’t have to go through five levels of managers to get a decision. It’s a very hands-on place. We’ve been in Ravindra Nagar for a bit and we like the pace of life here. It’s honest work in a normal neighborhood with decent people who just want to get things done.
