Our place is in Rahamath Nagar, Yousufguda. The house number is 8-3-228/366. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the Hyderabad side streets. We've been in this building for some time now. American Solutions is just a group of us trying to make things work. We don't have a big corporate culture. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable and get to it. The office is basically a few rooms converted into a workspace. It’s tight but it works. We have a small kitchen where someone is always making tea. The neighborhood is lively. You can hear the sounds of the street all day. Sometimes children playing or a vendor shouting. We don't mind it much anymore. It feels real. We handle various tasks throughout the day. Some days are slow, others we can't even stop for lunch. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just know what needs to be done by the end of the day. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we bought things as we needed them over the years. It gives the place some character. If you’re looking for a polished corporate office, this isn't it. We are just people working hard in Yousufguda. We try to be helpful and stay out of trouble.
