Balaji Engineering Works

We are up on the third floor of the Nilgiri Block in Aditya Enclave, over in Ameerpet. It’s a busy area with lots of shops and offices crammed together. Our unit, No. 316A, is where we do our engineering work. You have to take the stairs or the lift, which sometimes has a mind of its own. Inside, it’s a mix of computers and some smaller mechanical tools. We aren't a massive factory; we handle more of the design and technical side of engineering. Ameerpet is always buzzing, so there’s plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We’ve been in this building for several years. The office gets a lot of light from the windows, which is nice during the afternoon. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or technical drawings. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a few projects going at once. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come in, you’ll probably see one of us hunched over a desk. We just do the work and try to stay on top of the deadlines. It's a local operation, and we know many of the other tenants in Aditya Enclave. It’s a decent place to work, even if the parking downstairs is always a bit of a nightmare. We’ve had to reorganize the desks a few times to make more room for new equipment.
