Amaspaigah Infraventures (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Towli Chowki. You can find us at Flat No 601 in the RR Residency building, which is part of Paramount Colony. The address is 8-1-398/Pm/81. Towli Chowki is a busy area with a lot of energy. Being on the 6th floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, which helps when we need to focus on our plans. The office is basically a flat that we converted into a workspace. It has a homey feel to it, which we actually prefer over a cold office building. We have our computers set up in the main room and use the other rooms for storage and meetings. Most of our work involves infrastructure ventures, so there’s always a lot of technical stuff to go through. We spend hours looking at land details and making sure our records are correct. It’s just a few of us here, so we handle everything from answering the phone to going out to the sites ourselves. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs us, they usually call or just drop by RR Residency. We like being in Paramount Colony because it’s central and easy for people to reach. The day usually goes by fast because there is always some new detail to manage or a person to meet with regarding the colony developments. It's just simple, honest work.
