The office is over in Nizampet, specifically at Flat 302 in Dandus Residency. If you’re looking for us, you’ve got to take that second right off the main road and head towards the Hitension area. It’s a bit of a residential spot but it works for what we do at Amarendra Infra. We have a few desks squeezed in there and plenty of files shoved into the cupboards. Usually, someone is on the phone talking to a contractor or checking on a delivery of materials. It gets a bit noisy during the day when the neighborhood is busy. We’ve got a small balcony where we keep some of the extra supplies and sometimes take a break. The stairs are narrow so moving heavy office furniture in was a real pain. We don’t have a big reception desk or anyone to open the door for you, we just shout for someone to come when the bell rings. Most days we are just wearing regular clothes and trying to keep the paperwork from getting lost. Nizampet has changed a lot since we moved in. There are so many new apartments coming up around KKR and Hitension. It keeps things interesting around the office. We usually stick to our routine and keep the lights on late if we have to finish a layout. It’s a simple setup but it gets the job done for our team. We don't worry too much about appearances here.
