Amardeep Primary School

You can find us at the Chamdram Building, right in the middle of Himayat Nagar. We take up space in building 490, which is a familiar spot for a lot of people in this area. Since we are a primary school, it is mostly younger kids running around here. The building is solid and has been part of the street for many years. We focus on the early years, so the rooms are filled with charts and desks. It is not a massive place, but we have enough room for the different grades. Most of our students live just a few blocks away. It is common to see parents walking their kids to the door in the morning. The neighborhood is always active, with shops and other buildings close by. Inside, things are simple. We have basic furniture and enough supplies for the lessons. We do not spend much on decorations because we would rather just keep the place functional. The teachers have their own small area to sit during breaks. It gets quite lively during recess when everyone is talking at once. We try to keep things orderly, but with little kids, it is always a bit unpredictable. We just take it one day at a time. It is a decent place for a kid to start their schooling without too much fuss. We have been here long enough that we feel part of the local routine. The walls could use some paint, but the learning happens anyway.
