ALUXE ESTATES AND CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is on the first floor of the Fortune Monarch Associate building, H-No: 707, right on Road No 36 in Jubilee Hills. It’s a well-known part of Hyderabad, but Aluxe Estates And Constructions is pretty down to earth despite the fancy address. We spend our days looking at land and figuring out how to build on it. Construction is a lot of trial and error, even when you have a good plan. We aren't the type to use big marketing words. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and timelines. The traffic on Road No 36 is always a mess, which is a common topic of conversation in our office. We’ve been around the 500034 area for a bit and have seen how much the estates here have grown. It’s a lot of work to keep up with everything. We don't have a massive team of people in ties. Usually, it’s just a few of us looking over drawings and trying to make sure the costs don't spiral out of control. Sometimes we get things wrong, but we always make it right in the end. It’s just how we were raised to work. We don't think we're better than anyone else because we work in Jubilee Hills. At the end of the day, we’re still just builders who get our hands dirty. We like what we do, and we like seeing a project finally reach the finish line.
