Alphadot Technologies Private Limited is based at 181 in Sai Kripa Colony. It is a quiet residential pocket, and our office is just one of the buildings along the lane. We don't have a massive billboard outside, so you have to look for the house number to find us. The colony is peaceful, which is great for when we need to concentrate. Most of the people working here live nearby or have a short commute. We’ve set up our workspace in a way that is functional but not overly formal. There’s a small garden area out front where some of us sit during our breaks to get some fresh air. Inside, it is a mix of computers and general office supplies. We didn't hire an interior designer; we just put the desks where they fit best and started working. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't have high-tech security gates, just a regular door that we lock at the end of the day. Sometimes we have meetings around the main table with tea and biscuits, and it feels more like a family gathering than a corporate board meeting. Sai Kripa Colony has a nice community feel, and we feel like we fit right in. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We are just a group of people working together in a quiet part of the city, trying to do a good job. We share the space with a few plants and a small kitchen.
