Alphabetz Creche & Preschool

Alphabetz Creche & Preschool is over in Barkat Pura, specifically at 3-4-10/3 on Bhommana Lane 3. We’ve got a mix of babies and toddlers here every day. It’s a busy little spot in Hyderabad where parents leave their little ones while they go to work. We have a section for the creche where the babies can nap and another part for the preschool kids to learn their basic stuff. The lane is usually quiet until the parents come for pickup and drop-off. We spend a lot of time feeding the kids, changing them, and making sure they are safe. It’s not a fancy setup, but we have plenty of mats and toys for them to use. Sometimes the kids get a bit cranky, especially around nap time, so it can get a bit loud. We try to keep a routine going with snacks and stories. The staff here are mostly local women who have been doing this for a long time. They know how to handle a crying child pretty well. We have some colorful posters on the walls to help the older ones learn their letters. It’s a lot of responsibility looking after people's children, so we stay on our toes. The building is just a regular house that we’ve converted to fit the kids. It feels more like a home than a school, which is how we like it here in Barkat Pura.
