Working out of 3a in the Hyndava Techno Park on Plot No. 16 is quite a different vibe from the older parts of the city. It’s a big tech park, and we’re just one of the many offices here trying to keep things running. At Alliance Pro It, we mostly deal with software and tech support, which means we spend a lot of our time staring at screens. The office is pretty standard—desks, chairs, a lot of cables tucked away under the floors. It gets a bit quiet when everyone is focused on their code, but we usually have some chatter going on during the breaks. We aren't the kind of place with a ping-pong table or a beanbag chair in every corner. We just have a workspace that works for us. Getting to the tech park every morning can be a bit of a chore with the traffic, but once we’re inside, it’s just about getting the tasks done. We handle a lot of requests from different companies, and some are more complicated than others. There’s no secret formula to what we do; it’s just about being patient and solving problems until they stay solved. We’ve been here for a while now, and the team knows the routine. We don't make big promises we can't keep, we just do the work and try to go home at a decent hour if the servers behave themselves. It's a steady job that keeps us thinking.
