Our office is on the 4th floor of the J V P Building, specifically in the North Wing. If you know the Madhapur area, you know how busy the Software Units Layout gets during the week. It is a lot of tall glass buildings and people carrying laptops around. Alliance It Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating here for a while now. We spend most of our time staring at computer screens and talking through different tech projects. The building is okay, though the elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch rush when everyone is heading down to find something to eat. We have some desks, a few chairs that have definitely seen better days, and plenty of cables running everywhere. It is not the most organized looking place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. Consulting is mostly just listening to what people need and trying to find a way to make things work using whatever tools we have available. Madhapur is a good spot for this kind of thing because everyone else around here is doing something similar. We are not some giant corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a team working out of this Plot No. 5 location. Some days are long, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving forward. It is just regular work in a regular IT hub.
