Aliyaan City Homes Private Limited is based in Tolichowki, Hyderabad. We are up on the second floor of a building in Brindavan Colony, specifically at Flat No 204. Our address is 8-1-523/302/1. Tolichowki is a very lively and crowded area, so there is always something happening right outside our window. The office is a modest space where we do all our administrative work and project planning. We don't have any high-end office furniture or a professional designer look. It’s just a place with desks, some computers, and shelves full of files. We focus on building homes within the city. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way because it keeps things simple and direct. We don't have many layers of management. You just talk to whoever is available. Most of our day is taken up by visiting sites, talking to workers, and making sure the materials arrive on time. It’s a lot of running around, but we enjoy the process. We don't use any slick marketing phrases or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just local people building homes for other local people. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, and the traffic in Tolichowki doesn’t help much, but we’ve learned to manage over the years. It’s just how we do things here, keeping it plain and simple.
