If you find yourself near VB Jr. College, you’re basically right at our doorstep. Alivelu Housing & Constructions Private Limited is tucked away in Krishna Colony, specifically at H.No.6-2-35/27/C. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to some of the main roads, which we actually prefer for getting things done. We’ve been doing housing and construction work out of this office for a good stretch of time now. It’s not a huge setup, just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking to build something. You’ll usually see a couple of motorbikes parked out front and maybe a bit of dust if there’s work going on nearby. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the materials show up and the labor is ready to go. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we know most of the folks living around here. We aren't big on flashy advertisements or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor.
