Aliganj Kasaipara Primary School

If you head over to Plot No 39 in Anjaneya Nagar, you’ll find us. We are a primary school, so that means things are pretty loud most of the time. Moosapet is already a busy neighborhood, but when you add a bunch of young children into the mix, it gets even livelier. The building is a basic structure, and we’ve tried to make it as comfortable as possible for the little ones. The classrooms have drawings on the walls and low chairs for the kids. Since it’s a primary school, there’s a lot of running around during the breaks. We have to watch the entrance carefully so no one wanders out into the street. It’s a tight-knit spot where most of the kids come from the surrounding houses in the colony. You see the same parents every day, and we all know who belongs to who. The stairwells are narrow, and we have to keep them clear of bags and shoes. It’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything clean when it’s raining outside and everyone is bringing in mud. The ceiling fans work hard all summer long. We don't have a big auditorium or anything like that; we just use the space we have for everything. It’s a practical place for early learning. The staff is mostly just focused on getting through the syllabus and making sure the kids are safe and fed. It’s just how a small local school operates.
