Film Nagar is an interesting place to work, always something happening on the streets. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our infrastructure projects. We don't have a big reception desk or any of that fancy stuff. It’s just us, our computers, and a lot of site plans. We spend a good chunk of our time dealing with the practical side of construction and development. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we have to deal with delays or weather issues, which is just part of the life here in Telangana. We’ve been operating from this plot for a while and the locals know us pretty well. We aren't trying to sell anyone on big dreams; we just focus on the actual physical work that needs to be done. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies arrive on time. Our team is pretty tight-knit, and we mostly just talk to each other in plain English or the local language. We try to keep things simple. If there’s a problem, we fix it. If a project needs finishing, we stay late. It’s not complicated, just a normal local business trying to do its part in the city.
